Book description

Re-Issue Of The Shorter Stories Of Fiona Macleod Rearranged, With Additional Tales – is a collection of short stories written by William Sharp and published in 1897. William Sharp was a Scottish writer, of literary biography and poetry. Fiona Macleod was his pseudonym, under which he wrote since 1893. Many tales were published in this volume for the first time, and those that were published earlier remained unchanged. To this, the author adds that these tales are not legendary riddles, but legendary morality. These are reflections from the mirror that are often darkened but never fully dark. There is no mystery in them, or anywhere else, except for the eternal mystery of beauty.
