The problem of an international court of justice – is a work written by Hans Wehberg and published in 1918. Hans Wehberg was a German professor of international law and a pacifist. Hans Wehberg with Walther Schücking were the founders of pacifist international law. From 1924 until his death, Wehberg was editor of the magazine Die Friedens-Warte. This book is part of a series aimed at acquainting with the results of the First and Second Hague Conferences by publishing monographs on declarations, conventions and recommendations Rugby is a non-aligned community in Morgan and Scott counties in the US state of Tennessee. Rugby is an experimental utopian colony founded by English author and lawyer Thomas Hughes in 1880. Although Hughes' experiment partly failed, a small community lingered in Rugby throughout the 20th century.
