The Double Oath; or, The Rendezvous – is a novel in three volumes, which was published in 1850. This book is the last third volume of the novel. The Double Oath was written by E. C. De Calabrella, or the "Baroness de Calabrella". She was an English socialite, writer and journalist of Victorian era. She wrote short stories and novels. Also Baroness de Calabrella published a book on etiquette, which has withstood a number of American editions. Her stories have appeared in a number of gift books edited by her friend the Countess of Blessington.
