Field Work and Social Research

Field work and social research – is a work which was published in 1920 and written by Francis Stuart Chapin, an American educator and sociologist. Scientific methodology has been developed in the social sciences. This book brings together proven methods and techniques and attempts to present them in an accurate and practical way. The presentation is not exhaustive, but it is believed that all important points have been covered in sufficient detail to make the book useful as a guide for field workers.
