W. C. Sullivan


William Cornelius Sullivan (1912-1977) led the internal intelligence operations of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from 1961-1971. He headed the new Office of National Drug Intelligence of the Ministry of Justice from June 1972 to July 1973. William Cornelius Sullivan was born May 12, 1912 in Bolton, Massachusetts. He graduated from Hudson High School and earned a degree from American University and George Washington University. Sullivan received an honorary doctorate from Boston College.
